Privacy Policy — Travel Sri Lanka

Privacy Policy — Travel Sri Lanka Effective date: 4 July 2026 Travel Sri Lanka ("the app") is a travel guide for Sri Lanka published by Gihan Mora ("we", "us"), available on Android and iOS. This policy explains what information the app does — and, mostly, does not — handle. The short version The app does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts and no analytics. The app does display advertising (see Advertising section below). There is no tracking beyond what the ad network may collect. Information we collect None. The app does not collect personal information, usage statistics, location data, device identifiers, or any other data. Everything you see in the app (destination guides, photos, food guides, travel tips) is bundled inside the app itself. Your wishlist (favourited destinations) exists only in the app's memory on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. Internet access The app requests the Internet permission for two limited purposes: Map tiles. The "Destination Map" screen loads map imagery from OpenStreetMap's public tile servers. When tiles are requested, your device's IP address is visible to those servers as part of any standard web request, subject to the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. Fonts. On first launch the app may download its display font from Google Fonts (fonts.gstatic.com), subject to the Google privacy policy. Fonts are cached on the device afterwards. We receive no information from either service. Links to other apps and services Some buttons open other applications on your device — for example "Open in Google Maps" opens your maps app, emergency shortcuts open your phone dialer, and the Sri Lanka Tourism link opens your web browser. Once another app is open, its own privacy policy applies. Nothing is shared with those apps beyond the destination coordinates, phone number, or web address needed to perform the action you tapped. Advertising The app displays advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) on both Android and iOS. Google may collect data for ad serving and analytics per Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). On iOS, the app requests permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking identifier is used; you can change this in iOS Settings. On Android, you can manage your advertising ID in your device settings. In-App Purchase The app may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., a premium/ad-free version) on both Android and iOS: - Android: Processed through Google Play Billing - iOS: Processed through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) We receive only the result (success/pending/failed/refunded) and product identifier; we never see your payment information. Refunds: Google Play (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637) or Apple App Store (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084) Permissions The app requests no permissions beyond Internet access. It does not access your location, camera, contacts, photos, microphone, or files. Children The app contains general-audience travel content and collects no data from anyone, including children. Changes to this policy If a future version of the app changes any of the above (for example, by adding analytics), this policy will be updated and the effective date revised before that version is released. Emergency calls USA

Privacy Policy Effective date: June 27, 2026 In short Emergency Calls USA (available on Android and iOS) does not collect or store any personal information. The only sensitive permission it requests is optional device location, used solely to power the "Where Am I?" screen — your coordinates are sent only to your device's own geocoding service to resolve a readable address and are never collected, stored, or sent to us. The app contains no ads, analytics, or third-party tracking, and does not require an account. 1. Information we do not collect Emergency Calls USA does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party. Specifically, the app: Contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs Does not require account creation, sign-in, or any personal identifiers Does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or call history Does not collect device identifiers or usage statistics 2. Information stored on your device The app saves a small amount of data locally on your device only, using Android's standard local app storage. This data never leaves your device and is never visible to us: Numbers you choose to mark as favorites within the app Your selected display theme (light, dark, or system default) Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this locally stored data. 3. Calling functionality When you tap "Call" on a number in the app, Emergency Calls USA opens your device's built-in phone dialer with that number pre-filled, using Android's standard dialer feature. The app itself never places calls silently or automatically, and it does not access, read, or store your call logs. 4. Location ("Where am I?") The app includes an optional "Where am I?" screen that shows your current city, suburb, state and postcode, and lets you open your exact position in a map app — for example, to share your location with a 911 dispatcher. Location is only requested when you open that screen and is never accessed in the background. To turn coordinates into a readable address, they are sent to your device's configured geocoding service (typically Google, via Android's system geocoder) — this is the only time any data leaves your device, and it is used solely to return an address to you. Emergency Calls USA itself never stores, logs, or transmits your location anywhere. You can deny or revoke the location permission at any time in your device settings without affecting any other part of the app. 5. Third-party services Emergency Calls USA does not integrate any third-party services, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media SDKs. 6. Children's privacy Emergency Calls USA does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. Because the app collects no personal data of any kind, it can be used safely by people of any age. 7. Data security Because no personal data is collected or transmitted by the app, there is no remote data for us to protect. Information you choose to save (favorites and theme preference) stays only in your device's local storage, governed by your device's own security and lock settings. 8. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's functionality changes. Any update will be reflected by a new "Effective date" above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. 9. Advertising and In-App Purchases Advertising Emergency Calls USA displays advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) on both Android and iOS. Google may collect data for ad serving and analytics per Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). On iOS, the app requests permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT); you can change this in iOS Settings. On Android, you can manage your advertising ID in device settings. In-App Purchase The app may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., premium features, ad-free version) on both platforms: - Android: Google Play Billing - iOS: Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) We receive only the purchase result and product identifier; payment information is never shared with us. Refunds: Google Play (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637) or Apple App Store (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084) Contact us If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or the app, contact us at: geekavenue@gmail.com

Privacy Policy for FluxTV

Effective date: June 26, 2026 FluxTV ("the App", "we", "us") is a live TV streaming app for Android. This policy explains what information the App handles and how. 1. No Account, No Personal Information Collected FluxTV does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.) to use the App. We do not collect, store, or sell any personally identifiable information. 2. Information Stored Only On Your Device The App saves a small amount of data locally on your device to make it work better, using Android's standard app storage. This data is never transmitted to us and we have no access to it: Your favorite channels and recently watched history Your theme preference (light/dark/system) A cached copy of the channel list, for faster loading and offline browsing of categories Which stream source last worked for a channel, so playback can resume there faster next time Uninstalling the App deletes all of this data. 3. Third-Party Content the App Connects To FluxTV is a directory and player for publicly available, free-to-air IPTV streams. To do this, your device connects directly to several third parties when you use the App: Channel directory data (channel names, logos, categories, countries) is fetched from the open-source iptv-org project's public API. We don't host or control this data. Video/audio streams are hosted by independent third-party broadcasters and providers found in that directory — not by us. When you play a channel, your device connects directly to that provider's server, and standard network information (such as your IP address) is visible to them, governed by their own privacy practices. FluxTV does not host, proxy, or store any video stream content, and cannot guarantee the availability, content, or privacy practices of these third-party sources. Channel logos and fonts may be loaded from third-party CDNs (e.g., image hosts referenced in the channel directory, and Google Fonts for app typography), which may log standard request data such as IP address. 4. No Ads, No Analytics, No Trackers FluxTV does not contain advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party trackers. We do not track your viewing activity, location, or device identifiers for advertising or analytics purposes. 5. Permissions Used Internet / Network State — required to fetch the channel directory and play streams. Wake Lock — keeps the screen on during playback. No other sensitive permissions (camera, contacts, location, microphone, storage, etc.) are requested. 6. Children's Privacy FluxTV is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Note that third-party stream content is sourced from the open internet and is not curated or rated by us — parental discretion is advised. 7. Data Security Since no personal or account data is collected by us, there is no server-side database of user information to secure. Locally stored preferences remain on your device under Android's app sandboxing. 8. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy as the App evolves. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" above, posted at this same location. 9. Contact Us Questions about this policy: geekavenueyt@gmail.com

Privacy Policy — NAATI Sinhala

Privacy Policy — NAATI Sinhala Last updated: 16 July 2026 App: NAATI Sinhala - Android: com.naatisinhala.practice - iOS: [iOS Bundle ID] Publisher: Gihan Gamage Contact: [geekavenue@gmail.com] NAATI Sinhala ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is a study app for the NAATI Credentialed Community Language (CCL) test in Sinhala, available on Android and iOS. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. Quick summary The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. The App does not require an account, sign-in, email, or phone number. The App displays third-party advertising. Aside from the ad network described below, the App does not include analytics, tracking, or telemetry SDKs. The only data the App stores itself is on your device, in its private sandbox: your theme preference, your "hard words" list, and a single flag indicating whether you have purchased the Pro unlock. What the App stores on your device The App uses your device's app-private storage — Android's app-private storage sandbox, or iOS's App Sandbox / UserDefaults — to remember: Theme preference — light, dark, or system. Hard words list — vocabulary items you have flagged for revision. Purchase status — a single boolean flag indicating whether you have purchased the lifetime Pro unlock. On a fresh install this flag is restored automatically via the platform's purchase restore mechanism (Google Play "Restore Purchases" on Android, or "Restore Purchases" through the App Store on iOS), by querying the store for past purchases linked to your account. This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App removes it. Audio streaming Practice dialogue audio files are hosted on Google Drive and streamed over HTTPS when you tap Play. Google's standard server logs apply to that request (IP address, request time, user-agent). We do not access or use those logs. The audio request contains only the public file identifier; it does not include any account information, device identifier, or other data from the App. Advertising The App displays advertising provided by a third-party advertising network ([Ad Network Name, e.g. Google AdMob]) on both Android and iOS. This SDK may collect data such as your device's advertising identifier, general device information, approximate location, and app usage data in order to serve and measure ads. On iOS, the App requests permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking-related identifier is used; you can allow or deny this at any time in Settings. We do not receive or store any of the data collected by the ad network ourselves — it is handled directly between your device and the ad network under their own privacy policy. In-app purchase The App offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app product (a lifetime Pro unlock) on both platforms: Android: naati_pro_unlock, AUD 9.99, processed by Google Play Billing. iOS: [iOS product ID], [price], processed by Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit). All purchase steps are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store respectively. We receive only the result of the purchase (success / pending / failed / refunded) and the product identifier; we never see your name, email, payment method, or billing address. Refunds are governed by the relevant store's standard refund policy: Google Play: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 Apple App Store: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 Permissions and platform capabilities used Android — the App requests only the minimum permissions required for its functionality: INTERNET — to stream dialogue audio and serve ads. ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — to detect when there is no internet connection and show a friendly offline message instead of a generic error. com.android.vending.BILLING — to process the optional in-app purchase via Google Play. iOS — the App does not request access to sensitive iOS permissions such as contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos. It only uses standard network access to stream dialogue audio, serve ads, and process in-app purchases, plus the App Tracking Transparency prompt described above where applicable. Neither version of the App requests, and the App's code does not access, any of the following: contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS, phone state, location, camera, microphone, body sensors, biometrics, files outside its private sandbox, accounts on the device, or installed-apps list. Data shared with third parties We do not share any user data with third parties ourselves. The only third parties the App communicates with are: Google Drive (HTTPS, anonymous) — to stream dialogue audio. Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple's App Store (iOS) — to process the optional one-time purchase. [Ad Network Name] — to serve and measure advertising, as described above. None of these communications transmit any user-identifying data from the App itself; any data collected by the ad network is governed by its own privacy policy. Children's privacy The App is intended for adults (ages 18+) preparing for a credentialed translator / interpreter exam. The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Security All network requests use HTTPS. Data stored on your device sits inside your platform's private app sandbox (Android's private app storage or iOS's App Sandbox), which is automatically isolated from other apps and removed on uninstall. Your rights Because the App does not collect any personal data itself, there is no personal data for you to access, modify, export, or request deletion of. To remove all locally stored preferences (theme, hard-words list, Pro flag), simply uninstall the App. If you wish to revoke the Pro purchase, you may request a refund directly from Google Play or the Apple App Store under their standard refund policies linked above. Changes to this policy If this policy is updated, the new version will be published at the same public URL with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of the document. Continued use of the App after such an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Contact For any questions about this policy, contact: [geekavenue@gmail.com] NAATI Sinhala is an independent study app. It is not produced by, endorsed by, or affiliated with NAATI Ltd (the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters Ltd) or any government agency. All marks belong to their respective owners.
